Waste circuit board recycling equipment (high-voltage electrostatic separation type) adopts the process of dry crushing, crushing to make the circuit board and other raw materials into metal and resin powder mixture, and then through the high-voltage electrostatic separator to metal and resin, such as non-metal separation process. Circuit board disassembler:
This machine is used to disassemble the circuit board into two parts: the motherboard and the electronic components. The inside of the equipment can be heated to a maximum of 270 degrees by natural gas. As the machine runs, the tin will melt and fall into the receiving tray at the bottom of the equipment. The motherboard and the electronic components will separate due to the friction between the boards. The flue gas generated during the operation of the equipment enters the purification system. The equipment can be equipped with a three-stage flue gas purification system, which purifies the flue gas through water spraying, activated carbon adsorption, UV photolysis, etc., and can meet environmental emission standards. The equipment is easy to operate and saves labor. It is an ideal machine for circuit board recycling.

The features:

8. Pulse dust collector and bag dust collector are combined. So it has high efficiency of dust removal, dust particle with a diameter more than 0.3 micrometers can be gathered and the dust collection efficiency is up to 99%.
Production process:
Circuit board recycling equipment uses electrostatic induction sorting technology to sort metal materials. The basic principle is to use the difference in material conductivity to separate materials in a composite electrostatic field that combines a high-voltage corona discharge electrostatic field with a high-voltage electrostatic induction electrostatic field under the action of electrical and mechanical forces.
