Products description:

Mechanical charcoal machines use sawdust, tree branches, rice husks, bamboo chips, peanut skins, sunflower seed shells, furfural residue, wine residue, sugarcane bagasse, corn cobs, coconut shells, coffee husks, and crop straw from both northern and southern China as raw materials. After being crushed, they are plasticized at high temperature and high pressure in a molding machine to form semi-finished charcoal. This is then carbonized in a carbonization furnace to create finished charcoal.

The applications:

Agricultural Uses

(1) Increase ground temperature

After applying charcoal powder to the soil, the black charcoal particles absorb solar heat, which can increase the soil temperature by several degrees Celsius and promote seed germination. In particular, it can promote the germination of seeds that are difficult to germinate and increase the germination rate.

(2) Improve the quality of soil

After adding charcoal powder to the soil, rhizobacteria can be generated on the surface of the charcoal, thus forming agricultural soil suitable for plant cultivation, avoiding the so-called "continuous farming obstacle"; and charcoal can improve the growth, color and taste of grains, beans and vegetables.
