Double Shaft Wood Shredder
The double shaft wood shredder can generally be used to shred solid materials such as plastic, rubber, fibers, paper, wood, electrical components, cables... that are difficult to break, such as nozzle materials, rubber heads, PET bottles, cardboard, circuit boards, wood, plastic barrels, etc. As long as the material is difficult to pulverize, the product that enters the shredder becomes granular.

The structure:
The double shaft shredder is a machine composed of a shredding blade group, a bearing box, a box bracket, a feeding system, a power system, and an electrical control system. It can be configured with in feed conveying, out feed conveying and magnetic separation equipment.
Biomass raw materials:
1. A variety of hollow containers: plastic beverage cans, plastic buckets, iron, cans, packing boxes.
2. Waste household appliances: TV, washing machine, refrigerator shell.
3. Pipe: large pipes, pipe fittings, PE pipe.

The features:
1. Heavy-duty construction and efficient performance are determined by the precisely processed combined frame made of extra-thick plates.

The advantages:

Production process:
Double shaft shredder for wood is to cut and shred the materials through the relative rotating of the two sets of cutter shaft, the mutual shear ring among the blades of moving knives & the cutter heads and the distance sleeves. The outlet material control of double shaft shredder is adopted the network design, the width and length of outlet material is determined on the width of the cutter, and the distance of cutter heads. Two groups of cutter shaft is rotating on different speed which lead to the shearing and shredding materials simultaneously, it improves the efficiency of shredding.
