Biomass raw materials:
Sawdust, shell, palm shell, husk, straw, wood scrap, coconut shell, peanut shell, coffee shell, bamboo, fruit shells, stick, logs, branches, tree trunks...
The features:
1. The Production Line adopts a horizontal manufacturing process. The carbonization furnace has a three-layer structure, and the middle is made of light insulation materials, which can maintain the temperature in the furnace at all times.
2. The furnace door is sealed with packing, no air enters, and the carbonization rate is much higher than that of conventional carbonization furnaces.
3. The reason why it is called a green carbonization furnace is that a large amount of light yellow combustible gas will be produced during the carbonization process of wooden sticks. These gases can guide the combustible gas to the combustion zone of the carbonization furnace through the pipeline that comes with the carbonization furnace for secondary fire heating. More environmentally friendly and more fuel-efficient.
4. The excess gas of the carbonization furnace can be used for drying sawdust or burning boilers.
5. The cooling time from the carbonization furnace to the end of the charcoal is shorter. We use the water cooling between the layers of the unit to cool the carbonization furnace naturally, which is more efficient and convenient.
6. The supporting track and kiln car of the environmental protection air carbonization furnace are more convenient to use and reduce the labor intensity of workers.

Production process:
Suppliers can provide continuous carbonization furnace for the entire production line of machines: Feeding raw material and sealing the furnace → Preheating and drying the raw material → Anaerobic carbonization → Cooling and discharging the carbon.

The applications:
1. Metalworking
Cemented carbide manufacturing:
Carbonization furnaces can be used to produce cemented carbide, a material with high hardness and wear resistance. Ceramic preparation:
